About the role

You’ll be responsible for carrying out insulation installations in residential houses. The role involves working in a variety of areas, including roof spaces, walls, and underfloor areas.


Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Installing Pink Batts insulation in residential homes
  • Measuring and cutting insulation accurately
  • Working in roof spaces, walls, and underfloor areas
  • Using hand tools and installation equipment
  • Following job specifications and health and safety requirements
  • Working efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy worksite
  • Working professionally in customers’ homes


What we’re looking for

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience
  • A clean, full New Zealand Driver Licence


We’re also looking for someone who is:

  • Reliable and punctual
  • Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
  • Comfortable working in confined and awkward spaces
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Professional and respectful when working in customers’ homes
