Job Description

Trade Assist is seeking motivated individuals of all experience levels to join construction projects across Christchurch. With immediate starts available, we have casual, part-time, and full-time opportunities to suit a range of lifestyles. Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting general labouring duties across different construction sites
  • Transporting materials and handling heavy lifting as required
  • Cleaning and maintaining job sites to ensure a safe and tidy workspace
  • Digging and shovelling as necessary


What we're looking for:

  • Ongoing work with immediate starts available
  • Competitive pay starting from $24 - $25 per hour, depending on experience
  • Work on a range of exciting projects across Canterbury
  • Full PPE provided


Requirements:

  • Motivated and proactive, with a solid work ethic, and strong communication abilities.
  • Physically fit with the capability to lift and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Must have reliable transport to travel to various job locations.
  • Holding a current Site Safe certificate is a plus but not required
