What You'll Be Doing


  • Assisting civil crews on active construction sites
  • Using hand and power tools safely
  • General site maintenance and clean-up
  • Loading and unloading materials
  • Supporting drainage, roading and infrastructure works
  • Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
  • Working as part of a team to deliver quality projects


What You Need


  • A strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
  • Commitment to Health & Safety
  • Private transport and licence preferred
  • Previous civil, construction, or labouring experience advantageous but not essential
