Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to take the reins on an established portfolio of Architectural Practices, Lighting Designers, Engineers and Specifiers. You’ll be building on genuinely strong existing relationships while identifying new opportunities to grow ECC’s market share across their architectural lighting brands.


Day to day, you’ll be:

  • Developing and executing a strategy to grow market share across ECC’s architectural lighting brands
  • Preparing and submitting lighting proposals, quotes and tender documentation
  • Liaising closely with Architects, Electrical Contractors, Lighting Designers and clients to keep projects moving and deadlines on track
  • Coordinating client events and showcasing ECC’s Architectural Studios
  • Maintaining accurate sales forecasting and account plans
  • Some South Island travel will be required to support key accounts and projects


You

  • You’ll bring a genuine passion for design and the ability to build long-term, trusted relationships across the specification market.
  • You’re commercially astute, comfortable with quoting and margins, and confident managing multiple projects and deadlines at once.
  • A background in lighting, architecture, interior design or a related specification-driven industry will set you up well
  • Along with strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude
