Job Description

Looking to build a career in construction? We're looking for a hardworking Skilled Labourer / Hammerhand to join a busy team specialising in concrete foundations.


This is a hands-on role offering consistent, full-time work with the opportunity to develop your skills in the foundations sector.


What you'll be doing:


  • Assisting with concrete foundation work
  • Building and preparing concrete floors
  • Tying reinforcing steel
  • Stripping and dismantling formwork
  • General site labouring
  • Working alongside an experienced crew to deliver quality projects


What we're looking for:


  • Previous experience as a skilled labourer or hammerhand
  • Experience working on construction sites
  • Physically fit and capable of heavy manual work
  • Full New Zealand Driver Licence
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic


Bonus points if you:


  • Have experience with concrete foundations or formwork
  • Can confidently reverse a trailer
  • Hold a current Site Safe passport
