Full Job Description

Stellar Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join one of our well-known manufacturing clients based in Manukau, Auckland.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term employment with the potential to transition from a temporary position to a permanent role for the right candidate.

  • Afternoon Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
  • $25-26 per hour+8% Holiday Pay

  • Key Responsibilities: Operating manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
  • Operating a forklift in a wharehousing and production enviroment
  • Monitoring production processes and maintaining quality standards
  • Loading raw materials and removing finished products
  • Conducting basic machine checks and reporting faults
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Following all health and safety procedures
  • To Be Successful You Will Have: Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Previous forklift operating and general warehousing experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
  • Reliable transport to and from work
  • NZ class 1 Full License
  • Two contactable references
