Position: Branch Manager

Location: Hallensteins Nelson

Job Type: Full Time (Tuesday to Saturday)

About the Role

As Branch Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team to deliver epic customer experiences and hit big results. You’ll be across everything from people and product to performance with full ownership of your store’s success.

In this role, you’ll:

Lead, coach, and inspire your team daily


Drive store targets and commercial performance


Manage rosters, stock, visuals, and daily operations


Own the store culture and bring out the best in your crew


  • Report on key metrics and work with regional leaders to keep growing

About You

You’re a retail leader through and through. You bring energy, structure, and accountability. You know how to lead with confidence and purpose.

You:

Have experience running a retail store or large team


Know how to drive sales while building a strong team culture


Are a clear communicator and strong decision maker


Have high standards and a sharp eye for detail


  • Are ready to lead from the front and own your store’s performance
