We're on the lookout for a motivated Class 4 or 5 Truck Driver with asphalt and roading experience to join a hardworking crew as a Leading Hand / Asphalt Operator. If you enjoy a mix of truck driving, operating equipment, and leading from the front, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.


What you'll be doing:


  • Operating Class 4 or 5 trucks in a safe and efficient manner
  • Assisting with asphalt paving and roading projects
  • Supporting and guiding crew members on site
  • Operating plant and equipment as required
  • Maintaining high health and safety standards
  • Working as part of a team to deliver quality outcomes


What we're looking for:


  • Current Class 4 or 5 licence
  • Asphalt, roading, or civil construction experience
  • Leadership skills and a positive attitude
  • Strong commitment to health and safety
