This is a great opportunity to lead the day-to-day strategy, development and maintenance of our company websites and lead an intranet replacement and migration project for one of New Zealand’s largest private healthcare groups, in a newly created role.

About the role


Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you will have sole charge of our digital platforms and work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist and wider marketing team.  You will support stakeholders across the group by managing the creation and day-to-day maintenance of content across our various external websites and intranets.


Your early focus will be to lead the intranet replacement project and migration of content to our new platform.  


  • Develop and maintain analytic tools and reports, to ensure visibility of our digital channels’ performance.
  • Collaborate on optimisation opportunities across our platforms to ensure we get the best results from our digital channels.
  • Manage change requests, priorities and development within budgets, with our website partners.
  • Support stakeholders with advice and training as required.


This role will suit a website expert, who has the relevant experience to lead the delivery of our new intranet platform.  With the ability to identify, prioritise and execute optimisation opportunities across our websites.  You thrive in a busy environment with a continuous work flow.  Be open to feedback and collaboration with stakeholders and clients whilst balancing targets, budgets and outcomes.  You understand customer service is critical and are not phased with juggling priorities.  You will be a positive, energetic person who likes working in a team and to lead digital thinking.


What we are looking for


  • Marketing qualification preferred.
  • Essential to have a minimum 5 years’ relevant digital channels, website, CMS, digital communications or digital project experience.
  • Proven experience in managing, maintaining and improving multiple organisation websites, ideally across a group or multi-brand environment, healthcare or regulated industries would be advantageous.
  • Experienced in leading or coordinating an intranet, website redevelopment, CMS migration or digital workplace project from planning to launch phase.
  • Strong communication and proficient in English with all level of stakeholders and vendors.


Play an important part in supporting better health journeys for patients across Allevia Health.
