Job Description

We’re looking for a Landscaping Foreman / Senior Landscaper to join a busy and growing team in Christchurch.


Foreman experience isn’t essential we’re happy to consider an experienced landscaper who has the right attitude, takes pride in their work and is keen to upskill and develop into a Foreman role.


The Role You’ll be working hands-on across landscaping projects while taking on increasing responsibility for leading the team and managing day-to-day site activities.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Leading and supporting a landscaping crew
  • Completing high-quality landscaping work
  • Reading plans and setting out works
  • Allocating tasks and helping keep projects on track
  • Managing day-to-day site requirements
  • Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
  • Working hands-on alongside the team
  • Developing your leadership and site management skills

  • Someone with strong landscaping experience and a genuine desire to upskill into a Foreman role

  • Someone who takes pride in delivering quality work
  • Full NZ driver licence preferred


Experience across hard landscaping, paving, retaining, planting, concreting or outdoor construction would be highly regarded.
