  • Build strong relationships across the business and wider stakeholder group
  • Drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement activities

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in operations, administration, project coordination or business support
  • Experience leading, mentoring or supervising others
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Confidence working across multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to work autonomously while remaining highly collaborative
  • Experience supporting compliance, audits, health and safety, ESG or sustainability initiatives would be advantageous
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills and confidence working with systems and reporting

What’s on Offer?

  • Auckland CBD location
  • 12-month fixed term contract
  • Broad and varied role with genuine responsibility
  • Opportunity to contribute to sustainability and business improvement initiatives
