Are you an experienced Class 2 Driver looking for your next opportunity? Our client, a well-known and respected company, is seeking a reliable and customer-focused driver to join their team in Taupō.

In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring products are delivered safely and on time throughout Taupō and the surrounding regions. This is a hands-on position that combines driving, customer service, and physical work, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day.

About the Role


As the face of the business, you'll be interacting with customers daily, so excellent communication and customer service skills are essential. This is a physically demanding role that involves:


  • Delivering products throughout Taupō and surrounding areas
  • Loading and unloading stock
  • Moving stock within the yard and warehouse
  • Completing deliveries safely and efficiently
  • Providing exceptional service to customers


What You'll Bring


  • Full, clean New Zealand Class 2 Driver Licence
  • Previous NZ Class 2 driving experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good level of physical fitness
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic


Preferred but Not Essential


  • OSH Forklift Certificate
  • Dangerous Goods (DG) Endorsement


Pre-employment Requirements


The successful applicant will be required to complete a pre-employment medical assessment and drug screening.
