Engineering Surveyors, Brisbane, $95,000 - $140,000 + Vehicle


The Company


Our client is expanding and seeking Junior and Senior Engineering Surveyors to support a strong pipeline of civil, infrastructure, and land development projects across Brisbane.


This is an opportunity to join a high‑performing team using modern survey technology on complex, impactful projects—while being supported with clear development pathways.

The Roles


  • Construction set‑out, as‑built surveys, monitoring and verification
  • Field and office surveying for quantities, QA and as‑constructed deliverables
  • Prepare and manage data for upcoming projects; maintain robust digital records
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers and consultants to resolve design issues
  • Uphold company QA standards, documentation control and safety practices
  • (Senior) Lead site delivery, coordinate multiple work fronts, mentor juniors


About You


Skills & Experience -Senior Engineering Surveyor


  • 5–10+ years in construction surveying (TMR experience advantageous)
  • Proficient with 12d / 12d Field (Civil 3D experience also valued)
  • Confident running sites and engaging with contractors and stakeholders
  • Strong problem‑solving, planning and time management


Junior Engineering Surveyor


  • Relevant surveying or construction experience highly regarded
  • Eagerness to learn, dependable and proactive
  • Full Australian driver’s licence
