Job Description

We're looking for an energetic Operations & Service Advisor to join our Service Team at Manawatu Toyota’s Hospital Branch.

You'll be the friendly face and voice of our service department, helping deliver the exceptional customer experiences Toyota is known for while supporting the day-to-day operation of a busy workshop.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Booking customer vehicles and managing service enquiries
  • Greeting customers and coordinating their service experience
  • Preparing estimates, invoices, and processing payments
  • Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress
  • Workshop administration and service operations
  • Helping ensure every customer leaves as a promoter of Manawatu Toyota


About You

You will:

  • Have outstanding customer service skills
  • Be organised, proactive, and detail-focused
  • Communicate confidently with customers and colleagues
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment
  • Take pride in delivering exceptional experiences
  • Have the ability to pick up new systems and processes with confidence and help keep the machine running!


Service department admin experience is helpful, but attitude, team and customer focus are what matter most.
