Position: Branch Manager

Location: Hallensteins Cuba Mall

Job Type: Full Time (Tuesday to Saturday)


About the Role


As Branch Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team to deliver epic customerexperiences and hit big results. You’ll be across everything from people and product to performance with full ownership of your store’s success.

In thisrole, you’ll:


  • Lead, coach, and inspire your team daily
  • Drive store targets and commercial performance
  • Manage rosters, stock, visuals, and daily operations
  • Own the store culture and bring out the best in your crew
  • Report on key metrics and work with regional leaders to keep growing


About You


You’re a retail leader through and through. You bring energy, structure, and accountability. You know how to lead with confidence and purpose.


You:

  • Have experience running a retail store or large team
  • Know how to drive sales while building a strong team culture
  • Are a clear communicator and strong decision maker
  • Have high standards and a sharp eye for detail
  • Are ready to lead from the front and own your store’s performance
