The opportunity


An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Automotive Technician to join a well-established and highly regarded franchise dealership in Hamilton.


You'll be working in a modern, well-equipped workshop where quality workmanship, technical capability and customer service are valued.

The role


  • Complete scheduled servicing and maintenance
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
  • Carry out minor and major mechanical repairs
  • Conduct WOF inspections
  • Support the wider workshop team as required
  • Explain repairs and technical requirements to customers when needed
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, efficiency and workmanship


What we're looking for


  • Trade qualified Automotive Technician
  • Current WOF licence is essential
  • Previous franchise experience preferred
  • Franchise brand training is advantageous
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to perform in a busy, high-performing workshop
  • Reliable, accurate and efficient approach to your work
  • Solid employment references
