Job Description

General Labourers Wanted


AWF is looking for reliable and hardworking General Labourers to join our team. We work with a range of leading businesses across construction, manufacturing, warehousing, civil, and industrial sectors, offering opportunities for both short-term and ongoing assignments.


Roles Available:


We are seeking motivated people for a variety of labouring roles, including:


  • Construction labouring
  • Civil labouring
  • Factory and production work
  • Warehouse labouring
  • Site clean-up and yard work
  • Traffic management support
  • General industrial assistance


What You'll Be Doing:


  • Assisting tradespeople and site teams
  • Loading, unloading, and moving materials
  • Site clean-up and maintaining safe work areas
  • Operating basic hand and power tools
  • Following health and safety procedures
  • General manual labour and physical tasks
  • Supporting daily operations as required


What You Need:


  • A strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Good level of physical fitness
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely
  • Previous labouring experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Own transport and licence is beneficial
  • Commitment to health and safety at all times
