Job Description

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Civil Construction Labourer to join our client’s team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with civil construction or similar industry experience who is looking for a long-term role and wants to learn, develop their skills and progress within a company over time.


About the Role


  • General civil construction labouring and manual work
  • Supporting the wider site team with day-to-day tasks
  • Working in a physically demanding environment
  • Following instructions and maintaining a safe worksite
  • Opportunity to learn new skills and progress within the company


What We’re Looking For


  • Previous civil construction or similar labouring experience preferred
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 25kg repetitively
  • Not afraid of hard work and able to work in a labour-intensive environment
  • Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
  • Class 2 Full Licence and relevant driving experience is an advantage
  • Reliable transport to and from work
  • Available to start immediately
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening test
  • Must be able to pass a background check
