We're looking for a driven and customer-focused professional to join a leading Aluminium industrial business where you'll play a key role in turning customer enquiries into long-term relationships and sales success. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday day shift position, offering stable hours and the opportunity to build a long-term career in sales.


About the Role


As the first point of contact for many customers, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while identifying opportunities to grow sales and strengthen customer relationships. You'll work closely with sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure customers receive the right solution, every time.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Managing customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery
  • Building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Following up opportunities and converting enquiries into sales
  • Supporting Account Managers with customer growth initiatives
  • Identifying new business opportunities and sales leads
  • Liaising with operations and logistics teams to ensure customer expectations are exceeded
  • Assisting with inventory management and general administrative support
  • Contributing to a culture focused on exceptional customer service and continuous improvement

About You


We're looking for someone who is motivated, eager to learn, and genuinely enjoys working with customers.


You'll ideally bring:


  • Experience in customer service, internal sales, sales support, trade counter, manufacturing, engineering, distribution, or a similar environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • The ability to learn technical products and information
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to build a successful career in sales
