About the Role

As a Salesperson at Bayleys Wellington, you’ll manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and listing to marketing, negotiation, and settlement. You’ll be backed by award-winning marketing, cutting-edge technology, and a collaborative team culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with property owners, buyers, developers, and investors
  • Conducting property appraisals and securing exclusive listings
  • Managing strategic marketing campaigns and open homes
  • Negotiating offers and coordinating contracts
  • Generating leads and growing your client base
  • Representing the Bayleys brand with professionalism and integrity

What You’ll Bring

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
  • High energy, self-motivation, and a drive to succeed
  • Confidence using CRM tools and digital platforms
  • A current Real Estate Salesperson’s License (or working towards it)
  • Full NZ driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
