About the Role


Our public sector client are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead a high-impact cross-agency digital work programme, joining on contract until June 2028. In this role, you will establish programme governance, coordinate multiple delivery streams, and ensure successful outcomes across various government agencies.


Responsibilities


  • Establish and operationalise programme governance frameworks
  • Lead cross-agency stakeholder engagement and forums
  • Develop and manage programme plans and controls
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple teams and agencies
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and issues
  • Provide senior-level reporting and decision materials


Skills & Experience


  • 10+ years of programme management experience
  • Proven success delivering complex, multi-stream programmes
  • Experience working with government agencies or cross-organisational teams
  • Strong governance and stakeholder management skills
  • Background in digital and technology delivery, preferably with Agile approaches
  • Skilled in operational change and benefits realisation
