Job Description

The Role


You’ll be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, picking and packing orders using a voice headset system and operating a stock picker.


Using a voice-picking headset, you’ll be guided around the warehouse to pick customer orders accurately and efficiently. No boring desk job here — you’ll be on your feet, moving around and keeping the orders flowing!


Day-to-day includes:


  • Voice picking orders using a headset (voice picking role)
  • Pick packing and preparing goods for dispatch
  • Operating equipment (Stock Picker)
  • Manual handling and lifting (15–25kg)
  • Meeting pick rate and accuracy KPIs

You’ll Be a Good Fit If You


  • Have experience in voice picking, order picking, and operating a stock picker.
  • A valid license
  • Are physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting
  • Have good attention to detail and can work to targets
  • Are reliable and show up ready to work
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
