RoleOverview:

As theVisual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually stunningdisplays that showcase our products and inspire our customers. You will workclosely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to ensure that ourstore reflects the latest trends and promotes a memorable shopping experience.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Designand implement creative and visually appealing displays to showcase Glassonsproducts.
  • Ensurethat all visual merchandising standards are maintained to reflect the brand'saesthetic and identity.
  • Collaboratewith the store team to plan and execute seasonal and promotional displays.
  • Monitorand replenish stock levels on the shop floor to enhance product visibility andavailability.
  • Providetraining and guidance to store staff on visual merchandising techniques andstandards.

Requirements:

  • Previousexperience in visual merchandising, preferably within the fashion retailindustry.
  • Strongcreative flair with a passion for design and fashion trends.
  • Excellentattention to detail and ability to create visually compelling displays.
  • Strongcommunication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Flexibilityto work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities.
