The Company

Our client is a leading New Zealand business operating in a large-scale production and export environment, renowned for its commitment to quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.


The Role

This is a hands-on senior position responsible for the ongoing support, optimisation, and continuous improvement of a diverse range of business applications that underpin day-to-day operations.


Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure the ongoing stability, support, and enhancement of key business applications across the organisation with a particular focus on ERP and MES systems.
  • Investigate and resolve complex application issues, delivering timely and effective solutions to end users.
  • Maintain system configurations, user access, and critical application data to support business operations.
  • Support application upgrades, changes, patches and deployments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to improve system performance and user experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across applications, processes, and support practices.
  • Share expertise with colleagues and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team environment.

Your Profile

  • 3 - 5 years' experience within an application support role
  • Experience supporting ERP systems
  • Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) experience is advantageous
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred
