Civil Engineer / Civil Designer, Wellington/Kapiti, $85,000 - $130,000

The Role


This is an opportunity to join the team as a Civil Engineer or Civil Designer working across a broad range of land development and infrastructure projects in the wider Wellington region.


You will be involved in:


  • Three waters and roading design
  • Civil works observation
  • Project management
  • Contract administration
  • End-to-end delivery of civil and land development projects


This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to contribute to meaningful infrastructure outcomes across the region.


About You


  • Strong proficiency in 12d and CAD software
  • A recognised engineering qualification (NZ or overseas equivalent with NZ experience)
  • Solid understanding of civil engineering practices in a New Zealand context
  • Experience in land development, subdivisions, or infrastructure projects
  • A full New Zealand driver’s licence
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
