Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, reliable and hard-working General Labourer to join a busy manufacturing team in Rotorua, producing high-quality aluminium window and door joinery. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to be part of a supportive team environment.


Roles Available


  • General Labourer - Aluminium Window & Door Joinery
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • Based in Rotorua
  • Immediate start available for the right candidate


What You'll Be Doing


  • Assisting with the manufacture and assembly of aluminium windows and doors
  • Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Loading, unloading, and moving materials around the workshop
  • Performing quality checks on finished products
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Supporting the wider team with general workshop duties as required


What You Need


  • Proven experience in aluminium joinery manufacturing
  • Good practical skills and attention to detail
  • Physically fit and capable of regular heavy lifting
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
  • Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
