About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented ExperiencedHousekeeper to join our dedicated team in Auckland. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the hospitality industry and contribute to maintaining the pristine condition and welcoming atmosphere of our hotel. As an Experienced Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests experience exceptional cleanliness and comfort throughout their stay. 🧼

The Role Will Involve

  • Performing daily cleaning duties to the highest standards, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing guest rooms and public areas.
  • Changing and replenishing linens, towels, and amenities in guest rooms.
  • Ensuring all guest rooms are presented to Swiss-Belhotel's brand standards.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
  • Replenishing room supplies such as toiletries and stationery.
  • Assisting with the cleaning of public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.
  • Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Working collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations.
