REAP Recruitment provides a Recruitment Service to the Real Estate and Property Industry. We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to help expand our service offering.


Ideally we are looking for candidates that have the following attributes

  • Proven recruitment experience, preferably in a property related field
  • Previous Real Estate or Property Management experience
  • Good network or client based
  • Self-motivated & dedicated to the task
  • Experience recruitment CRMS (Job Adder) is an advantage

This role is suitable for an existing and high achieving Consultant ready to take the "next step" in their career or one who requires more flexibility.


The role on offer includes

  • Work from home - you choose the place, the days & hours you wish to work (full time commitment expected)
  • Commission only
  • Dedicated portfolio (Property) with no restrictions on what you can recruit
  • Full support - we have great systems and process in place
  • Proven success - we'll show you how to be successful
  • No desk or ongoing costs are payable


If you're currently working in Recruitment, then give me a call to compare your current billings and commission against our offering.  We pay commission  based on your success and designed to put more money in your pocket.  Based on industry standard salaries and commission structures, if you're a high performing Recruitment Consultant you should easily double your current income.

Please Note: This is a commission only based role, paying a generous commisison "split" (earn up to 75%).  A realistic OTE of $150,000 is expected.
