STMS – Wellington Civil Construction


RobLawMax is seeking an experienced and safety-focused STMS to join a leading civil construction company in Wellington. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work, competitive pay rates, and a variety of civil construction projects across the Wellington region.


The Role


As an STMS, you’ll be responsible for ensuring traffic management operations are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with required standards . You’ll work across multiple civil construction sites, supporting site teams and helping maintain safe environments for workers, contractors, and the public.


What We’re Looking For


  • Current and relevant STMS qualification
  • Full Class 1 driver licence – essential
  • Previous experience in civil construction or traffic management
  • Ability to travel between multiple sites as required
  • Strong commitment to health and safety
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
