We're looking for experienced Multi-Skilled Operators to join our Christchurch team and play a key role in delivering a variety of civil construction and maintenance projects across the region.

What will you be doing?

As a Multi-Skilled Operator, you'll work across a range of civil construction activities, operating plant and equipment while supporting crews on the ground to get the job done safely and efficiently.


Your day-to-day may include:

  • Operating a variety of civil plant and machinery
  • Earthworks, excavation, drainage and roading maintenance activities
  • Supporting construction and maintenance projects across Christchurch
  • Carrying out pre-start checks and basic equipment maintenance
  • Working alongside experienced crews to deliver quality outcomes
  • Maintaining a strong commitment to health, safety and environmental standards
  • Training and development to grow your career


What we're looking for:

We're interested in people with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and experience operating civil construction equipment.


Ideally, you'll have:

  • Civil construction, roading maintenance or infrastructure experience
  • WTR endorsements and relevant licences ideally, minimum Class 4-5
  • Experience operating a range of machinery
  • A strong focus on safety and teamwork
  • The ability to adapt and work across different tasks and projects
  • A willingness to pitch in wherever needed
