The Role Will Involve

  • Leading and mentoring a team of workshop personnel, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. 🤝

  • Implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all. ⛑️

  • Monitoring inventory levels and managing the procurement of necessary materials and supplies. 📦
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices in all workshop activities. ✅

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a workshop or similar operational setting.
  • Strong understanding of workshop processes, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Excellent team management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide others.
  • Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Auckland.
