ABOUT THE COMPANY


Our client is an established New Zealand meat exporter supplying international markets. Based in Auckland, they are looking for an experienced Export Documentation Specialist to join their team and support the smooth movement of export orders from processing through to shipment.


ABOUT THE ROLE


This is a full-time export documentation role where accuracy and attention to detail are critical. You’ll be responsible for preparing and checking export documentation, making bookings, and liaising with plants, coolstores and other parties to ensure shipments are processed correctly and on time.

The role is Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5pm. During the peak season from late December through to the end of May, some additional hours may be required to meet export deadlines.


ABOUT YOU


We’re looking for someone who has previous export documentation experience, ideally within the red meat industry, although experience across dairy, seafood or other food exports would also be highly relevant.


You’ll bring:


  • Previous export documentation experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Confidence proofreading documentation and booking confirmations.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisation and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Experience using Prodoc and holding a Customs PIN would be advantageous.
