Job Description

  • The Company Join a well-established MSP known for delivering innovative, practical and efficient technology solutions to its clients. You'll work within a collaborative, customer-focused technical team supporting a variety of Microsoft-based environments and helping clients get the most from their technology. The Role We're looking for an experienced Support Engineer to provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support across a range of client environments. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll take ownership of complex issues and escalations, support client infrastructure and assist with upgrades, implementations and smaller technical projects. You will be working directly with clients throughout the support and resolution process. Your Profile You'll ideally be a strong Level 2 engineer progressing into Level 3, or a Systems Engineer who still enjoys being hands-on with support and troubleshooting. We're looking for: 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems support or a similar technical environment
  • Strong Level 2 capability with experience handling Level 3 escalations
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID/Azure AD, Windows Server and Windows 10/11
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft, endpoint and general infrastructure environments
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals
  • Experience with patching, backups, endpoint security and system maintenance
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to independently own complex technical issues through to resolution
  • Relevant Microsoft or IT certifications would be advantageous
