Job Description

  • The Company Our client is a well-established business operating within the construction industry. The business has a strong focus on delivering quality outcomes for its customers and has a collaborative finance team supporting its ongoing operations. Due to a period of increased workload, they are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join the team on a 4 week contract and provide additional support across two key entities. The Role This role will be responsible for managing the accounts payable function across two key entities. You will work as part of a wider finance team and will be responsible for the following: Processing invoices through to batch
  • High-volume data entry and invoice processing
  • Coding invoices accurately to the appropriate accounts
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure coding and invoice details are correct
  • Managing the accounts payable function across two key entities
  • Ensuring invoices are processed accurately and within required timeframes
  • Working within a multi-entity environment
  • Supporting the wider finance team as required
  • Your Profile We are looking for someone with previous Accounts Payable experience who is confident processing invoices in a busy environment and has strong attention to detail. You will ideally have: Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role
  • Strong data entry and invoice processing skills
  • A good understanding of invoice coding
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and hit the ground running
  • Experience working across multiple entities would be advantageous
