The Role

This is an opportunity for a hands-on Head of Technology to take ownership of an established technology team and lead its next phase of development.


You will improve engineering execution, modernise ways of working, accelerate the delivery of new features and help introduce AI-assisted and agentic engineering practices across the development environment.


People leadership will be equally important. You will create clarity around expectations, performance and accountability while building a culture where strong technical discussion translates into decisions and delivery.


You will work closely with senior business, product and technical stakeholders, providing the bridge between commercial priorities and technology execution.


Your Profile


Ideally, you will bring:

  • Leadership experience within SaaS, FinTech or another technology/product-led environment.
  • Proven experience improving engineering performance, delivery and ways of working.
  • Proven experience implementing an AI assisted coding culture.
  • Strong people leadership, including coaching, performance management and accountability.
  • Experience operating within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial or founder-led environment.
  • Confidence making decisions and constructively challenging senior stakeholders.

You may currently be a Head of Technology, Head of Engineering, Engineering Director, hands-on CTO or an accomplished technology leader ready for broader ownership.
