THE GIG:


Our client operates in the civil space, specialising in drainage, earthworks, and other essential infrastructure. With a strong local reputation, new project wins, and a team hungry for growth, they have over a decade of excellence under their belt. We’re on the hunt for a skilled Machine Operator with solid experience in drainage and wastewater tank installation, confident operating 1.5T–12T diggers. WTR endorsements are a must, and a Class 2 License is a bonus—but not essential.


You’ll be joining a tight-knit, medium-sized team tackling a variety of civil projects, mainly within drainage crews. While there will be times you’re not behind the controls, the role is hands-on and fully involved with the crew.


This is Monday to Friday, 6:30am–5/5:30pm role. Weekend work may also be available for those who want to earn extra and keep busy!

  • Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a similar role
  • Class 2 License (ideal)
  • WTR endorsements
  • Ability to operate 1.5T-12T diggers
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to pass a drug screen
  • Health and safety conscious
  • Presentable and professional, representing the company well
