Job Description

We’re looking for RNs for casual shifts in our Operating Theatres.

Did you know that here at Allevia Hospitals we run our own in-house nursing Bureau? Come and join us as a casual. We offer a variety of shifts - 6, 8 or 10 hr durations, and great NEW pay rates, with free parking!

Key Requirements:

  • You are an RN with NZ registration and a current Annual Practicing Certificate
  • You have at least 2 years current experience scrubbing for any of our surgical specialties (see below), either within New Zealand or similar e.g. Australia, UK, Ireland
  • If you are employed elsewhere, your current contracted FTE must be 0.8 or less (we do not employ casuals who are already working fulltime)
  • You have the availability to accept at least 1 shift per week, (Mon - Fri 6, 8 or 10 hrs – no nights)
