Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a 12-month fixed-term opportunity supporting a strategic ICT programme. This role offers the chance to work across business and technology teams, helping drive service improvements, support business change, and contribute to key initiatives that will influence how technology services are delivered across the organisation.

You will work with a variety of stakeholders to analyse business needs, document requirements, improve processes, provide insights for decision-making, and support the successful delivery of change. This is a broad and engaging role suited to someone who enjoys working across both strategic and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify practical solutions.
  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Review existing processes and recommend improvements.
  • Develop business documentation, process maps, reports, and recommendations.
  • Support procurement and vendor-related activities where required.
  • Assess business impacts, risks, and dependencies associated with change initiatives.
  • Prepare documentation to support governance, approvals, and business decisions.
  • Contribute to change and transition activities across the programme.

Must-Have Experience

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within complex business transformation, operating model, or technology-enabled change programmes.
  • Experience developing business requirements, operating model documentation, and process maps.
  • Procurement experience, including RFP development and vendor evaluation.
  • Experience supporting organisational change, workforce transition, or change management initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality documentation.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

What’s on Offer

  • Opportunity to contribute to a significant ICT programme.
  • Exposure to business transformation, process improvement, procurement, and change initiatives.
  • Collaborative and supportive team environment.
