Marketing & Campaigns Coordinator


  • Part-Time | 3-Month Contract | Potential to Extend
  • Hours: 20 hours per week (4 hours per day)
  • Hybrid: 1-2 days in the office


About the Role

We’re looking for an organised, detail-driven marketer to join our team on a 3-month contract, with the potential to extend.


This role suits someone who thrives on variety - moving between accurate data entry, hands-on campaign management, and content creation, all while staying cool under pressure and hitting tight deadlines.


You’ll manage your own workload and keep clients confident and informed, with oversight and support from our friendly team of pro digital marketers.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Accurate, high-volume data entry across multiple systems
  • Updating client websites for new campaigns
  • Setting up and monitoring Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
  • Creating engaging social media content and posts
  • Building and executing email marketing campaigns
  • Managing client relationships and communications

    

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience updating websites via CMS (no coding experience needed)
  • Hands-on experience setting up and monitoring Meta campaigns
  • Ability to write engaging social media posts
  • Experience building email marketing campaigns
  • Excellent self-management and prioritisation skills
  • A calm, steady approach under pressure
  • Comfort working to tight deadlines without dropping quality
  • Strong client management and communication skills


This is a chance to join a friendly team driving campaigns that really matter to our clients. Initially a 3-month contract to cover a large project, there may be the opportunity to extend.
