Job Description

Warehouse/Production Worker


We’re looking for a physically fit, strong and reliable Warehouse/Production Worker to join a busy manufacturing and production environment near Hamilton Airport. This is a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable with repetitive lifting, physical work and keeping pace throughout an 8–10 hour shift.


Location: Hamilton Airport, Hamilton

Start date: Immediate

Pay rate: $26–$28 per hour, with weekly pay


What You’ll Be Doing


  • General labouring within a busy manufacturing and production environment.
  • Manual handling, including repetitive lifting and moving products and materials.
  • Loading and unloading materials from production machinery.
  • Stacking, sorting and palletising finished products.
  • Assisting machine operators with production tasks and changeovers.
  • Carrying out basic quality checks and removing offcuts, waste and excess materials.
  • Keeping production areas clean and hazard-free while following site Health & Safety procedures.


What We’re Looking For


  • Physically fit and strong, with the ability to carry out repetitive lifting.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work at a consistent pace.
  • Reliable transport to get to and from the Hamilton Airport area for AM starts.
  • Comfortable working 8–10 hour shifts in a manufacturing environment.
  • Able to provide a clean Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check.
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
