Job Description

No need to be an experienced machine operator for this role. We're looking for people with their Class 2 licence and WTR endorsements who are keen to get stuck into civil work and build their experience on site.


What you'll be doing:


  • General civil and construction labouring
  • Driving Class 2 vehicles when required
  • Assisting with civil works
  • Spotting and assisting machine operators
  • Basic machine operation when suitable
  • Moving materials and keeping sites tidy
  • Working alongside experienced civil crews
  • Following site health & safety procedures


What we're looking for:


  • Class 2 licence
  • WTR endorsements
  • Civil or construction experience is preferred, but not essential
  • Keen attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable, punctual and physically fit
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
  • Good communication and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
