Job Description

Remarkable People are looking for reliable and hardworking General & Civil Labourers to join our Christchurch team. We have a range of opportunities available across civil construction, roading and general labouring, with both short and long-term assignments available.


We’re also keen to hear from Class 2–5 Drivers with civil experience who are happy to get out of the truck and lend a hand on site when required.


Roles Available:


  • General Labourers
  • Civil Labourers
  • Class 2, 4 & 5 Civil Drivers
  • Skilled labourers with WTR endorsements
  • Candidates with previous roading, drainage, earthworks or construction experience


What We’re Looking For:


  • Reliable, punctual and ready to work
  • Previous civil or construction experience is advantageous
  • Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
  • A strong attitude towards Health & Safety
  • Full Class 1 licence is beneficial


Class 2–5 licences and WTR endorsements are highly desirable


  • Ability to pass pre-employment checks where required
  • Valid NZ working rights
