Aktis Ltd is a full-service scaffolding and edge protection business providing installations and hire services for residential and commercial projects throughout the Greater Wellington and Kapiti areas.


We're currently looking for Certified Scaffolders and Labourers to join our busy team based in Paraparaumu.


Whether you're an experienced scaffolder looking for your next opportunity or a reliable, hardworking labourer keen to develop your skills in the industry, we'd like to hear from you.


We're looking for people who have:


  • A current scaffolding qualification/ticket or relevant labouring experience
  • A full, clean Driver Licence (required for both roles)
  • A Class 2 licence, or the ability and willingness to obtain one
  • A strong work ethic and reliable attitude
  • Good physical fitness and confidence working outdoors
  • A commitment to safe working practices
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Professionalism and pride in the work you do


You'll work as part of our team installing, dismantling and altering scaffolding systems across a variety of residential and commercial sites throughout Greater Wellington and Kapiti. Depending on your experience, you'll also assist with general yard duties, equipment and vehicle maintenance, and supporting the wider team.


For experienced scaffolders, there will be opportunities to take greater responsibility on site and help guide less experienced team members.


This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position, with variable shifts starting from 7:30am.


An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated based on your qualifications, skills and experience.
