We are pleased to announce opportunities on behalf of our award-winning client, who is seeking Electrical Apprentices to join their growing team in a full-time capacity.


Our client is looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about developing a career in the electrical industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has completed an Electrical Pre-Trade qualification and is ready to take the next step towards becoming a qualified electrician.


You’ll gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of electrical work, including installations, repairs, maintenance, upgrades, and general electrical projects, while working alongside experienced tradespeople.

We are looking for candidates based in Hawkes Bay.

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has completed an Electrical Pre-Trade course or relevant electrical training
  • Is genuinely interested in pursuing a career as an electrician
  • Has a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn
  • Is reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in their work
  • Can work both independently and as part of a team
  • Has good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Is committed to maintaining high standards of workmanship
  • Has the right to work in New Zealand
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal history check.
  • Previous electrical or trade experience
