Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a reliable and self-driven Quality Controller to join their busy production team.


* Sample Testing

* Cutting & Preparing Samples For Testing

* Mixing & Measuring Products


This is a hands-on role responsible for testing and checking products and materials throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are consistently achieved.


Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:


  • Sample testing of manufactured products and materials
  • Mixing and preparing plant/material samples for testing
  • Measuring and checking products against required specifications
  • Cutting and preparing samples for quality testing
  • Recording test results accurately
  • Entering quality information and results into computer systems
  • Identifying and reporting products that fall outside specification
  • Working alongside production staff to maintain quality standards
  • Maintaining a clean and organised testing/work area


What We're Looking For


  • Previous quality control, manufacturing, production or laboratory experience would be advantageous
  • Confident using computers and entering accurate data
  • Good measuring and basic numerical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Practical and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
  • Self-driven and able to work independently without constant supervision
  • Reliable, safety-conscious and committed to producing quality work
