Skilled Labourer

Tradestaff is looking for a reliable Skilled Labourer to work across a range of projects in Rotorua. If you’ve got solid construction experience, know your way around tools and aren’t afraid of physical work, we want to hear from you.


Location: Various sites across Rotorua

Start date: Immediate start

Pay rate: $25–$27 per hour + weekly pay


  • What You’ll Be DoingAssist skilled trades with day-to-day construction tasks
  • Use hand and power tools confidently and safely
  • Move, load and unload construction materials
  • Complete site preparation and general clean-up
  • Carry out basic building and practical site tasks
  • Help set up work areas and keep materials organised
  • Work alongside site crews to keep projects moving
  • What We’re Looking ForPrevious hands-on construction or skilled labouring experience
  • Confidence using common hand and power tools
  • Good practical skills and the ability to follow instructions
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
  • Full NZ Driver Licence and reliable transport
  • Strong awareness of construction-site health and safety
  • Reliable attitude and ability to work well within a team
