Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Civil Construction Labourer to join our client’s established team in Wairarapa .


This is a great opportunity for an experienced civil construction worker who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing a job well, and is confident working across a range of civil and infrastructure projects.


We’re looking for someone with solid industry experience who can hit the ground running and contribute positively to the wider team.


Key Requirements


  • Proven civil construction or infrastructure experience.
  • Good knowledge of civil construction practices, tools, and equipment.
  • Experience in earthworks, drainage, roading, trenching, or similar.
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour.
  • Confident using hand and power tools.
  • Strong focus on health and safety.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
  • Relevant tickets, licences, or machinery experience highly regarded.


All successful candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen .
