Due to expansion, an opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and energised property professional to take on the exciting role of Sales Manager to support our team of Branch Managers.


Primarily the role will sit in our high performing Flatbush office, which has undergone substantial growth. However the position will be varied, across our entire group and will be responsible for managing, supporting, and driving our sales team towards further success.


The role will include, but not limited to:


  • On-the-ground & practical assistance to our sales team.
  • Working alongside the branch managers and wider leadership team to drive company objectives and performance
  • Encouraging, training, and supervising all salespeople
  • Assisting with the compliance and best practice
  • Sales team engagement and culture
  • Meeting REAA requirements in supervision and sales excellence
  • General assistance with the smooth running of the team network
