  • $115k-$135k + a company vehicle
  • Lead site teams on technically challenging three waters infrastructure projects
  • Secured forward pipeline of work across the Waikato and Bay of Plenty

The Role

Stellar Recruitment is partnering with a well-regarded civil contractor delivering technically demanding three waters and pipeline projects across the central North Island.


We are looking for an experienced civil leader to join the team, strengthen on-site delivery, and lead civil crews across a range of three waters infrastructure projects in the Waikato.


If you're a Civil Supervisor or Foreman who takes pride in leading teams, delivering quality work safely and efficiently, and getting stuck into the challenging jobs, then this opportunity is for you.


You'll be involved in:

  • Leading and motivating site crews
  • Interpreting site drawings and ensuring compliance
  • Managing plant, materials, and labour resources to keep projects on programme
  • Running pre-starts and maintaining a strong safety culture
  • Working closely with engineers, subcontractors, and project managers
  • Coaching and developing your team

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience supervising civil construction crews
  • Strong three waters background including pipeline installation and associated civil works
  • The ability to read and interpret drawings and ensure work is carried out to spec
  • A solutions-focused approach to problem solving
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Solid understanding of civil construction methodologies and best practice
  • A team player attitude focused on positive project outcomes
