About the Role

We are an upscale, fast-paced venue looking for a skilled, composed Bartender / Bar All-Rounder with experience in premium service and mixology to join our front-of-house team.


In this dynamic, hands-on role, you will play a key part in managing high-end bar operations, preparing exceptional cocktails, executing shift checklists independently, and ensuring our guests receive a refined, memorable experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • High-End Cocktail & Beverage Preparation: Crafting premium classic and signature cocktails, pouring draught beverages, and demonstrating solid menu knowledge across boutique spirits, local craft beers, and regional wines.
  • Bar Operations, Opening & Closing: Executing full venue opening and closing procedures, managing prep, cash handling/till reconciliation, and ensuring strict bar organization.
  • Guest Experience & Floor Support: Delivering attentive, professional service tailored to a luxury/high-end dining audience while maintaining composure during peak service.
  • De-escalation & Host Responsibility: De-escalating difficult guest situations calmly and professionally while strictly enforcing host responsibility policies and alcohol licensing laws.


Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a high-end cocktail bar, luxury dining establishment, and fast-paced premium venue.
  • Operational Expertise: Proven experience handling complete opening and closing duties of a bar independently, including handling difficult situations
  • Product Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of craft beers, wines, and classic/contemporary cocktail construction.
  • Composure & Communication: Excellent English fluency (spoken and written) with the ability to handle difficult guest interactions with tact.
  • Bonus Skill: Proficiency in additional languages (such as French, Japanese, etc) is considered a distinct advantage to cater to our international clientele.
  • Relationship building and management skills
